Beginning a New Project

For many that started following me on here, you’ve probably started to so because of my Defenders of the Enchanted Kingdom project.

Well I have mentioned many times that I’m not quite finished with that so figured I’d let you all know that I’ve started a rather LARGE project with those characters, I’m not going to tell you what it is yet but It’ll be the biggest drawing related project I’ll have done up to now.

These are few of the redesigns I had to do for this project, since it’s a true work in progress these are subject to change and there might be more to come

Belle
The idea here was actually inspired by a comment left by~CraigInATin (on DeviantArt) suggesting that her inventive father would have more of an impact. So here I have her in a bronze/iron suit built to handle an enraged and unruly Beast at his strength. The suit is powered by the Magic rose which rests in chamber on her back giving her limited flight ability and magic “blasts” if she needs them.

M. Poppins
I think the comments I got for my Marry Poppins were hilarious, so after scouring through the internet and looking at all the brutal/hilarious comments, I decided that I’d doodle up a costume that made a little more sense, but only a little, just so I can still make the people who didn’t want to think of Mary Poppins as possibly sexy still uncomfortable. HA.

Aurora
Here I really just wanted to redesign Aurora’s costume because hers is the one that I felt was the most unfinished. The change is very moderate, but I feel still has a “sleepy time lingerie feel” but looks more heroine like, inspired by many of those wonderful Marvel super-women.

I also decided that~GokuMartin’s comments about her having crossbows instead of guns was absolutely correct.
